- Upload all art referencing your Catalog/Matrix# in Name of File.
- Please submit audio as one wave file per side.
- Make sure all print is CMYK and ready to print with proper bleed margins.
- All orders are subject to a plus or minus 10% overage.
- No guarantees can be made to incomplete orders, shipping or contact details.
- No guarantees can be made to any changes to order or shipping details, once order is in production.
- Changes to order may delay shipping and receiving materials.
- Pick-Up by your Shipping Agent is permitted, but must accompany detailed instructions, pick-up must be scheduled by customer, shipping labels and weigh-bills must be completely filled out and provided 24hrs prior to pick-up.
- Test Press Turnaround is appx 2-4 weeks from when Waxxy Poodle receives all parts and deposit and does not effect your In-Hand date unless audio was submitted late.
- Be sure to enter a desired In-Hand date for specific services, otherwise manufacturing is approximately 4-12 weeks from all proof and test approvals.
- All Wisconsin orders are subject to Sales Tax, if not accompanied with Wisconsin State Resale Certificate (S-211).
- Out of State orders are not subject to Sales Tax in the State of Wisconsin.
- Waxxy Poodle is not responsible for inactive parts and abandoned merchandise after 6 months.
- Printing Your Name Below and on the RIAA form constitutes agreement to all documents contained and that your submission is factual to the best of your knowledge.
